Commissions & Payment

• Belinda Taylor works on a first come first served basis. Orders will be accepted when accompanied by a 25% non-refundable deposit, and photos have been approved by Belinda Taylor.
• Quotes stand for eight weeks from issue.
• Portraits will be posted upon receiving full payment (minus 25% deposit) and all money is cleared.
• Payment can be made by either money order, cheque or direct deposit. Prices are in Australian dollars.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Prices do not include mounting, framing, or postage.
• Postage costs will be finalised once your location is known.
• Portraits remain the property of Belinda Taylor Design & Illustration until paid for in full.
• Belinda Taylor will not be held responsible if a pet portrait is unable to be completed in the estimated time due to circumstances beyond her control.

Photographs

• Photos must be approved by Belinda Taylor before commencement of artwork. Belinda Taylor has the right to refuse unsuitable photos.
• Photos are to be provided by the client. If the client requests that Belinda Taylor photographs the client's pet/s, there will be additional charges.
• If the client uses professional photos, the onus is on the client to obtain permission from the photographer.

Customer Satisfaction

• To maintain customer satisfaction, clients will be sent an image of the finished pet portrait for approval. Minor alterations will be made free of charge at this stage.
• If the client makes major changes from the original approved layout (e.g. different pose, different background, collars/halters added or removed) then there will be an additional charge.
• If alterations are requested by the client after the pet portrait has been approved by, and posted to the client, there will be an additional charge. The client will pay for all postage costs.

Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers will be posted upon receiving full payment and all money is cleared.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 18 months from date of issue.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
• If the client has received a gift vouchers and the value does not meet their needs, then the client will pay the difference to upgrade the pet portrait.
• If the client has received a gift voucher and would like a portrait of a lesser value, neither the client or purchaser of the voucher will be paid the difference.
• Gift vouchers do not include the price of the postage of the gift ceriticate or the pet portrait.

Copyright

• Belinda Taylor retains reproduction and publishing rights for all pet portraits.
• Clients agree to Belinda Taylor using pet portraits for websites, advertising and/or promotional work.
• Pet portraits are not to be copied, reproduced or used in any other form without prior written consent from Belinda Taylor.

By paying the deposit for a pet portrait the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
